Being a Significant Leader requires many things, but most importantly, it requires the decision to make yourself and those you lead better, every single day. It is so much more than a title. It is a daily journey of constant improvement that begins with a personal commitment to grow yourself and others.
Being a Significant Leader sets you apart from other leaders. It shows that you took the time to learn the modern leadership skills and strategies that work in today's workplace. It also shows that you are committed to a much higher standard of leadership and that your ultimate goal is focused on taking the necessary steps each day to grow yourself personally and help others do the same.
Being a Significant Leader is what every leader should strive to be. The positive impact that being significant has on the leader, the employee, and the organization ensures the highest level of quality performance for all and leaves a legacy for others to emulate for years to come.

We are going to award our students who have taken this commitment seriously and completed all three of our signature courses: Intentional Leader, Servant Officer, and Master Leader.
Each course emphasizes a key component of what being a Significant Leader is: someone who made a life-long commitment to be intentional in all they do, to do so with the heart of a servant, and to focus on developing meaningful relationships through connection that translate into positive impacts and results for their employees and organization.
For those who achieve this challenge, you will receive a personalized award, a challenge coin with our Significant Leader motto on the back, and a certificate demonstrating that you committed yourself to 80 hours of leadership training focused on becoming a Significant Leader.
